In the end of Matrix revolutions , while traveling  in the space ship, Trinity indicates that the temperature is dropping.  what does that remark signify?

              It is very interesting to note that the final journey of Neo and Trinity is the arousal of spiritual energy. In Eastern tradition this energy is called Kundalini energy which is depicted as a coiled Snake. This snake like figure is shown in the end of  Matrix Revolutions when Neo speaks to the Source. Remember,  a dancing snake like  the wire strikes back side of Neo’s head.

           The spiritual energy ascending in a snake like movement is present even in western traditions. In Bible this snake like spiritual energy is mentioned.  

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even as the son of man be lifted up:

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life"

  The symbol for medicine and a common logo on ambulances is the caduceus, the rod with two snakes coiled around it in spirals. This is the symbolism of the spiritual energy snaking to the top of the  head.   Chetwynd (1982) describes body symbolism that is related to the serpent as "connected with the spinal column, which joins the physical nature (the genitals) to the spiritual nature (the head)".                         - The Genesis Model

 The spiritual energy according to spiritual seekers reaches the energy reaches the upper brain (Sahasrara), the whole body feels cool, except the top of the skull, which feels warm, this being the place where the static and kinetic aspects of Consciousness unite.

This is why Trinity remarks that the temperature is dropping.
